I’ve been thinking about making this blog for a very long time. I’m gonna start showing some proves of what the blogs are talking about.
I signed myself on this site after a report about someone there (I will post about her soon) and even though I don’t understand so much, there are horrible things there that any could possible understand.
As soon as I heard about MUNDO SL, I started investigating it in that site. I found some good stuff, for now I will only post one image…
If you know about any thief around sl, write to secondlifecop@gmail.com and let’s make this blog a place to “protect the real designers” and try to stop this disgusting thing that is happening in our second lives….

I would like to clarify some key points here: In first place, was accused by the blog as a criminal, and I Lucy, put on evidence of the negative way that I caused an erosion in the image of my griffe and in my shop, as well as in my life in SL, which represents property damage and personal. My avatar me. Mi name is RAFAELLI AMARANTES, college, student of Fashion, I have 19 years old, living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, South America. Not because I hide my identity much less my real personality. I am honest and ethics and looking down here (in the Second Life) this is all my characteristics. So, I do not admit offending and be accused as if I were a criminous, a “stpolener” eving I do not know what it means in English (language which does not have obrigation to dominate, because how you know we are in a cyberculture where language is the last important thing . You should know that I do not speak English, who understand very bad your language, and, well, I was bombarded for questioning and pre-judged, humiliated. When the ladies Genna Gray, Miabella Foxley, Tenshi Vielle and Bex Hathaway came to my store, the did not came just for warning me, but aggressively accusing me of selling products copied, which was five or six. My clothes are produced by designers and I check the production of three of them, including one of them, called Renato Mohamed person, I did not see it was his clothes for mens, according to him. I have been shown by that was really copied clothes, taking note of this and ran off all of the shop, because I do not admit copyleft even standing on a cyberculture. I do not admit any copy. Like do not let that my store selling products copied. I did not know that the clothes: 2 shirts and two jackets men were true copies of the REDGRAVE´s products, and also they were already of some other designer. bought right of the designer that I sold such products as being exclusive to which joined my name thinking it is a new product. What was not and has tried to explain and be refunded my money and my dignity.
It´s a complete nonsense think the fact you speak a language that I speak not yet come in and complain. Mrs Ana Lutetia (which fortunately is not Brazilian, showing a complete desrespect and prejudice as PORTUGUESE, a blog´s owner, who only knows DO COPYLEFTs OF OTHER BLOGS, and can´t PROduce THE PHOTOS THAT SHE AND STRIP COPIAtes from OF OTHER BLOGS. She have envy OF THIS BLOG OF LUCY,who has a execellent style. VERY ANXIous with the other´s life has not translate anything, but came acknowledge and wanted to translate as well, or distilled their venom against the rancor for have a blog imcompetente and not lose oprotunidade to shoot offenses, as well demosntrated here in a unconscious tone and racist, which I know is crime, and against the rules of the human rights: December 1, 2007 at 12 : 59 pm – Ana Lutetia (BTW and I must insist on this: Rahz and Lucy are Brazilian, not English, even though they speak English.
Plus, I wanna informations from this site that is being denounced now. I have 19 years, but I know all my rights and I will not be hampered for moral and material damage, since I am not playing of fashion, much less playing of “box” or with dolls. If the copied shirts are really a copy from this designer, were irregular could not charge jobs around and put me and Lucy as criminal in pictures on websites and blogs in the world. This is absurd, a crime, a murder. We are famous avatars in Sl Brazil and we are victims of negativity in our imagem for your foult that should hear, like jornalists, the both sides should be heard and not incriminated. You don´t have this right who you think you are?!
The shop consists of 150 products and those attached 4 were copies, which were withdrawn imediatelly the store and left out of the sale. I would like to apologies the proprietary of the shop copied Emilia Redgrave, and say that the money who paid for clothes of desigenr will be returned to it. And the copied clothes by tla designer.
If your job would give a warning that would be a clear that for intent to hear me and understand, and not acuse, or agressing, humiliating. You have act based in my few knowledges in English, to promove yourselves, wich is unfair and unethical.
Until now, frankly, I do not understand the purpose of all this, because if you want to design the clothes, you should have look for the designer and incriminates him, since we saw in the same day I pulled it went personally and the clothes (2 jackets and two shirts and 2 skins) OF SHOP. So why all this confusion? I think it was just for interes, I mean: involve a respected journalist as Lucyanni Whtitre in this confusion to put into discredit her and her´s blog with is famous, as opposed others. And as a blog in English with strong access from English´s speaker´s and other languages.
Outside this, I have not the obrigation for give any kind of explains, because you has no right to know about my Second life. It has not and do not have to.
The SL is an environment, where you live a second life, but I believe they do it a life hoard and concerned to stop the other, the next, wanting put their supremacy when in reality we are all equal. The SL is all, and more, you know about that better than nobody. I speak Portuguese with all my pride and not do the minimum issue to speak your language, but I made question to translate this answer to everyone understands, because I am educated and not let the other without knowing about my speak, as it did me, which received five women´s speaking English and I believe, without the minimum consideration about what I was speaking.
I don´t have to learn any leson, because you want to get products from another stores to make parades and promote the brand of them. That is the the most important thing, face Miabella Foxley is to promote in exchange for present itself as a defender of store owners and indeed not only a way to promote on behalf of others, accusing
us. Because she knew that I did not speak English and not even I could defend and explain, eving that so hard accused me and the Mrs. Lucy. So I have to say that I am sorry for you for being bad loved women´s. Cya!
Dear Clients and Friends
I feel very sorry to come now to you this way, to answer about what happened this week.
As you know, I have been accused to plagiarize and robbery and these people never gave me the opportunity to express what happened, causing me unhappiness and disbelief in front of serious people who are worried about the journalistic integrity on Second Life.

There are many ways to tell a truth and one reality, but each of these ways can carry a dose of poison, manipulation and it is even possible to decide which people to favor or to harm. Because of this, I believe this truth was manipulated to attack me using serious accusations, bad words, without any moral, by the simple fact that they haven’t offered me the opportunity do discuss both truth: mine and of the authors of the journalistic report.
As some of my clients and a great part of my friends know I am a fashion student, and have been dedicating and studying, I got a reasonable knowledge, especially for young person like me. I use Second Life as a tool to improve myself and to practice a lot about fashion. Because of it I give a considerable credit believing in people who deserve my attention, when I see their creative value. Then, I offer my help to show the work of these people in my Label. Unfortunately I was wrong about one of those people, who was not honest to me and it made me get non original pieces, which created all this misunderstanding.
A client told me about a possible break of Copyright of these pieces and because I couldn’t find the creator of them on time I asked for help for some people, to check all to be sure if it was true or not. Unfortunately my search was not fast enough to avoid the problem, causing a bad image of me to my clients and the fashion world of Second Life.
Most of all I honor the copyrights, not only inside Second Life, but also in any other situation of real life; that’s why I carry the shame because I believed in wrong people, who never deserved my innocent attention. Maybe this was my biggest mistake and the way I was an amateur, to believe in these people showing and selling their work in my store. I admit I should make a serious and complex search about the source of their “inspiration”.
From now on I am doing all to solve this problem with the support of my friends, clients and the real creator of the pieces, which were sold in my store. But, most of all, I want you to accept please, my sincere apologize for this.
I believe that, even after this simple fault the journalists made, when they didn’t talk to me before publishing the report to clarify the situation (which should be the correct behavior facing the journalistic ethics), the author of this “investigation” could open the space for my eloquence and, believing in the public judgment, it would then be clarified at last.
Unfortunately I was victim of a linguistic deficiency, which affected my credibility in front of my suppliers.
I am sure the moral and ethics of these journalists will allow the space for me to explain all on the blogs where this report was published. I believe in their professional talent and once again I apologize for this big misunderstanding.
So, after all, I invite you to visit and see my store and all the pieces I have there, showing my label is crystal clear.
