Maybe I'm not following the train of thought but how do these pictures prove theft? Also, as to the pose: if the pose was bought and used in the picture there is no reason for recourse. And more on poses: fortunately there's really no way to steal a pose rather than recreate it. Which you could do, but it would be copying not stealing. Unethical, but not against the law.
